Glossary: Custom Home Building Process

The process by which a custom home is built for a customer. The customer is able to work closely with the builder and possibly an architect to design the layout and size of rooms, make selections (i.e. plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, paint colors, etc), and weigh in more heavily on many aspects of construction. Designing and building a custom home gives you the dream home you have always wanted.
